Patrick Boyle
President/Owner
Over 20+ years in the food business. Beginning with A&P in New Jersey and continuing in the New York Metro market with the Boerner Company and Merkert Enterprises. While with those two grocery focused brokerage houses, Patrick represented product lines including Dannon, Minute Maid, Stouffer-Nestle, Bird's Eye, Nathan's, SMG and more. Patrick returned home to Pittsburgh in 1998 and has spent the last 9+ years in food service product representation. Six years with J/M Sales & Marketing, a year with Armanino Foods as North East Regional Manager, and has been with Peterson Associates USA since 2006.

Rich Hahn
Vice President/Owner
Over 20 years of food service experience. Seven years as a restaurant and bar manager at Dunning's Grill in Pittsburgh. Rich spent seven years at J/M Sales & Marketing and JW Marketing, and has been with Peterson USA since 2006. Along the way, Rich has worked closely with several dozen manufacturers of both food products and non food items. In addition to calling on several distributors, Rich heads up the end user sales contacts.

Steve Boyle
Sales Manager
Over 15+ years working in the service industry. Steve has worked in the golf industry as the General Manager and Director of Golf at several golf courses in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Texas. He is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Management, and an MBA. Steve has been employed by some of the leading companies in the golf management field including the American Golf Corporation, and Fore Star Golf, where he was chosen as Manager of the Year for 2000. A former member of the PGA of America, he has gained extensive food and beverage experience through operating snack bars and restaurants at various golf facilities. At Peterson USA, he will be working on training distributor salesforces on our lines, and calling on end-users.

Lew Baier
Director of Sales
Over 40 years of sales experience. Most recently a Food Service Supply Specialist at Sysco Foodservice (10 years) and Parkway Foods / US Foodservice for (10 years). Lew's focus at both distributors was end user sales, and was an invaluable asset to both organizations. Joined Peterson USA in 2010.

Mid-Atlantic Sales Manager
Over 20 years in the food service and disposables industry initially with Chesapeake Fiber Packaging Company/Caraustar, selling packaging disposables to the food service and bakery industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. 2005 moved to TimBar Packaging and Display to continue disposable packaging sales and distribution. Joined Peterson USA 2010.

Carole Stewart
Office Manager/Customer Service
Over 20 years experience in the food service business. 12+ years with the Dingbat's Restaurant chain in Pittsburgh as an accountant and eventually controller. She has been a part of Peterson Associates since 2006. Carole communicates with our manufacturers and customers and insures the timely and accurate flow of orders and deliveries. She is a key asset to all of our manufacturers and customers.

Betty has worked in the manufacturers representative business for over 30 years. She has handled and continues to handle customer service, commission and reconciliation, clearing of deductions, bids and quotes and problem solving. Her experience and ability are a vital ingredient in the success of the organization.
